Our equipment demos, performed in our showroom or via video conference, allow potential customers to see firsthand how the equipment they're interested in works, and if it meets production requirements.

Startup and Training

With each new machine purchase, startup and training is available. One of our certified technicians will travel to your facility to properly start up the machine and train all of your employees. This ensures your investment is operating at maximum efficiency. All components are calibrated and fine-tuned to factory specifications.

Service and Repair

Our certified technicians are available to service or repair your existing Preferred Pack® equipment. We can walk through issues by phone, email or web conference. If this does not take care of the issue, our technician will travel to your facility to fix in-person. We are committed to resolving any issues you may be having.

Preventative Maintenance

Excel's factory-trained technicians are able to offer you on-site preventative maintenance service to ensure your machine is running at optimal efficiency. We strive to preserve and restore our equipment to keep you focused on your core business.

Continuing Training

At Excel we understand your employees and products may change over time. We offer continuing education and training for new employees to ensure they are fully educated on our Preferred Pack equipment. This can be done via web conference or in person by one of our certified technicians.
