Description 
PP-625 Single Head Side Apply Label Applicator is suitable for applying a wide range of label sizes to a box or container in a  wide range of  package applications. Different sizes are accommodated through simple adjustments. The label heads tilt to accommodate tapered side of some containers. The PP-625 combines excellent performance and versatility at an affordable price. Efficiency is maintained during product changes with simple adjustments for the conveyor and applicator. The PP-625 is ruggedly constructed of  # 304 Stainless Steel and state-of-the-art Color Touch Screen with HMI technology.  Memory ports for 80 sizes of products delivers fast, easy to use “need it now” reliability when changeovers are required.
 
Application 
Apply Pressure Sensitive labels to a box at speeds of 40-60 PPM dependent on label size, product spacing, product shape and unknown line conditions.  The PP-625 is stepper motor driven ensuring excellent repeatable label placement.  Set-up instruction via touch screen is included in the intelligent HMI.  Settings can be stored for the most common 30 products for quick recall on product changeovers. Each application differs in regard to product size, shape, label size and shape, and specific placement of label on the various products.
