Automatic label applicator for bags with suction cups to pick up bags and place on vacuum assist conveyor with adjustable hopper.
 
The PP-860 is designed with an adjustable size hopper to be used for different size bags where the bags can be stacked in the hopper and a suction cup will pick the bags up from the stack and place them onto a vacuum belt conveyor which will transport the bags under a labeling head to apply a pre-printed pressure sensitive label to the bag in the desired location.
 
The vacuum belt conveyor will keep the bags secure to the belt and in the proper position when applying the label. A foam pressure roller at the discharge end will apply pressure to the label once applied to make sure it is not only flat against the bag but also firmly secured in place. Easy to use controls allow for label positioning etc. This design is well suited for a wide range of sizes. Set-up and run is a matter of touch screen control. The stepper motor insures accuracy and there are memory ports to store label sized data and run count.
